  1. If your deal is good enough we will cover 90% of the purchase price, we may be able to fund all or some of the rehab as well.
  2. Our max loan amount is based on the after-repaired value, as well as the current value or purchase price. If the numbers line up, we will fund it.
  3. We lend up to 75% of the ARV and up to 100% of the Rehab. No experience required or needed to be proven.
  4. No minimum FICO score
